This paper seeks to examine two types of leadership styles in order to understand the significance of ethical values in a corporation. By comparing an unethical and ethical leadership style quoted from personal experience, this paper sought to highlight the impact of these tow variations.
The impact was not only on the results but also on the working culture prevalent. It was seen that the ethical style of leadership needs to adopted by all corporations existing order maintain the importance of a value system in today’s world. Even in the personal decision making importance, a fundamental code of conduct which adheres to a value system was highlighted.
