GE should take into account the entire employee reviews to determine the weaknesses in their benefit and compensation plans. The dissention of employees indicates low morale, and feelings of being treated unfairly in terms of compensation (GE healthcare, 2012).
Since the issue is about employee dissatisfaction, it will be realistic that the employees are involved in formulation of the strategies to apply. With the employees’ reviews and suggestions, the root causes of the problems faced will easily be realized. The management needs to study the problems of the employees by listening to their grievances and protests.
