Organizational culture is the system of shared actions, values, and beliefs that develops within an organization and guides the behavior of its members.(John) It acts a s a determinant facot, a factor that can result in the success of failure of a corporation. It has often been considered within the context of corporate strategy and organization structure.(Andrzej &Huczynski & Buchanan 2007)
The core of the organizational culture is corporation’s values. The corporation’s values are the standard to estimate what is the most valuable resource for the corporation. It could be about what the corporation supply to the market, what is valuable for the corporation, what the corporation operating for? It is relate to the corporation’s operating philosophy, corporation’s objective and corporation’s beliefs.
